WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Your first session is $150 and each return visit is $125 per session.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN NUTRITION COUNSELING SERVICES?

You will receive a full clinical assessment including a dietary and lifestyle analysis, estimated needs calculations, behavior and readiness evaluation, biomarkers assessment, drug-nutrient interactions, anthropometrics measurements, and a nutrition-focused physical exam. As your guide and partner, I collaborate with you to set nutrition goals that work best for your needs and lifestyle. Your consultation includes motivational counseling and nutrition education to help improve your overall health and well-being. You’ll receive dietary food plans and evidence-based recommendations for functional foods, integrative health practices, and supplementation based on your specific needs. We will chart your progress and set new goals as your program evolves.
